A month after Yeezy model Shannade Clermont was jailed for wire fraud and identity theft, the former “Bad Girls Club” star has been officially indicted by a grand jury.

Documents obtained by The Blast Friday, Aug. 10 show Clermont has been hit with three felony charges: wire fraud, access device fraud and identity theft by a New York grand jury.

In July, Clermont was released on $100,000 bond after she allegedly stole the debit card of a man who hired her as a prostitute. He died of a drug overdose in early 2017 and U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman said in a statement at the time that Clermont used the deceased man’s financial information and identity to “make tens of thousands of dollars in fraudulent purchases.”

By using two sets of card information from her date, Clermont racked up $20,000 in fraudulent purchases. They included payments for her cell phone bill and rent along with buying plane tickets and clothing purchases worth thousands of dollars.

Upon her release, Clermont was required not to be in “possession of personally identifiable information” and refrain from possessing a firearm.

Clermont, who appeared on the 14th season of “Bad Girls Club” in 2015 with her twin sister Shannon Clermont, is looking at a maximum of a 20-year sentence for one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, a 15-year maximum sentence for one count of access device fraud, at least a two-year sentence for a single count of aggravated identity theft.

If she’s convicted, the former star of Kanye West’s runway for Yeezy season 6 is required to forfeit any property she bought with the money she stole and she has to repay all the money she took.

The BGC star nicknamed “Power Princess” is due to return to court later in August.
